Resident veterans of the West Palm Beach VA and staff welcomed Inspirit’s Millie Tennessee today. Millie sang a wonderful variety of songs, from oldies like
Smoke Gets in Your Eyes, Unchained Melody, My Sweet Lord, Imagine) to R&B/Motown like Dionne Warwick, the Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Aretha, Sam Cooke, Mary Wells, the Coasters to jazz like Dinah Washington, and more for an hour while working the room and getting these appreciative vets to sing along.
